SPECIAL ORDER NEEDLES - U.S. Customers Only We are happy to Special Order Needles for our customers in the United States. Special Order needles are defined as those needle systems that are not part of our normal inventory. The needles listed on this page are the most often requested non-stock industrial needles. If you are searching for a specific needle and don't see it listed on the regular Industrial Needle page or the Special Order Industrial Needle page, please send an email to orders@SCHMETZneedles.com. Please note the following regarding Special Orders: - LIMITED TO U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY.
- Special Order needles incur a $15.00 Drop-Ship charge.
- The $15.00 Special Needle shipping charge is per order (i.e., if ordering two [2] or more boxes of Special Order needles on the same order, you will be charged $15.00 once).
- Orders containing both stock items and special order items will be split into two (2) separate orders and billed accordingly.
- Special Order needles are drop-shipped from Miami via UPS Ground in the continental United States. We do not sell/ship Special Order needles to international customers.
- In instances when a particular needle may be unavailable from the SCHMETZ Industrial Division, delivery may take up to 6-8 weeks or longer. Delivery times in these cases depend upon available stock in Germany and scheduled production runs.
- Sales tax is collected on sales/deliveries to Illinois and Florida.
- Needle sizes and availability subject to change without notice.
